GAP IN DOME LIGHTS & THIRD CLASS MATS INSTALLED. This is the condition of the mats within one year. This was installed in my Sonet 2023 model by music auto emporium. Pls guys avoid these kind of scammers. Dont go by seeing videos on social media and anything. Zero worth product. Even with this he installed one back parcel tray, that was also smaller in fit.

I have been visiting Auto Music Emporium for almost 3 years now, never felt cheated or mistreated. I started going to the shop with minor upgrades but still they entertained each and every request personally. Recently I went for audio system upgrades and ambient lighting for my Honda Amaze type 2, Paaji told me straightly that Ambient lighting would not be compatible. I am really happy with the service they provided me for sound system upgrade’s everything was budget friendly and top notch. 4 speakers with components and Hypersonic Android with Apple car play, I ended up spending 20K but every penny spend has been worth it. All thanks to Kanwal veerji and Pappu bhaiya for installation and support.

I specifically came from Ladakh to get my Fortuner modified, got Aozoom 2 inch projector and 3 lens installed in my vehicle . Very much satisfied with the performance

They are not really professionals, in greed to catch new customers they don't care about the existing customers. In my case, triple the time they had taken for the work and that too not even satisfactory. I had to bear more money at service center as they didn't done their job properly. Moreover, charges were comparatively high. If you are residing nearby then you may try them out as in case of complaint (that for sure you'll face) one can approach them easily. But if you are coming from a far place then won't recommend. But yes One Star for sure he greeted well, dealt decently and offered a coffee, thanks for that Paaji. But professionally I am not satisfied.

Product are genuine and pricing iw competitive. Giving 2 star because the knowledge of staff is less and wiring they use is not. Ambience ligthing spoilt in 3 months. Woofer spoilt 3 times in 8 months. Later I had to go another place and then they told me it's getting spoilt because the box has no space they didn't do a hole. Got it done for 150 rs which they tried to save.wiring also had to get changed as it was spoilt.twice fuse blown.they use very low quality wiring and charge more. Their staff are always in rush to another car or go home in the evening.finishing of work and knowledge of staff is poor. I guess if you want quality work go to a proper audio shop where they work on your car with enough time. Pay slightly more to get quality somewhere. Karol bagh is good if you are ready to compromise on quality. Ended up spending 35k+ there but instead I should have spend 6-7k extra somewhere and got quality

No matter what haters say, this name is a brand in itself. I was sceptical of going to Karol Bagh for installation of a decent music system in my new Grand Vitara but Mohit(from Morel) recommended I visit Auto Music Emporium so I did and i was amazed by the service i receieved from this place. I had to visit them a few times as there was some manufacturing defect with the speaker and wirings they changed it with no questions asked. This changed my perception about this place. Not sure about other stores in Karol Bagh abut i would recommend you to visit this place for all your accessories and music system needs. The owner and staff are knowledgeable and explain everything in detail to you. I would give this place a 10 on 10
